Heathfield Apartments

Our Heathfield Apartments are currently under construction and will offer a range of architecturally designed two bedroom apartments, in a setting surrounded by mature landscaping.

Consistent with Holly Lea’s existing facilities, comfort and safety are key priorities. The Heathfield Apartments offer spacious floor plans, high quality fittings, ducted heating and cooling, and heat recovery ventilation.

An elegant and open living space, featuring kitchen, dining, and lounge - provides a perfect haven to enjoy time with friends and family. The well-appointed bathrooms are designed with luxury and functionality in mind. All apartments boast large windows that offer abundant natural light, that open onto a private balcony or courtyard.

Morven Apartment Annex

The Morven annex is linked to the main lodge by a glazed internal walkway providing ease of connectivity to village facilities.

These refined one and two bedroom apartments offer a warm and residential feel. Residents of both the Morven and Heathfield Apartments have dedicated resident lounges, centred around a feature fireplace, with doors opening to a picturesque private garden. Perfect for reading a book, or enjoying refreshments with a small gathering.

The Lodge Residences

Holly Lea Village is anchored by the main building known as The Lodge.

Spacious and stylish self-contained residences are located across two levels, offering a variety of garden aspects. All apartments have a classic design detailing with contemporary finishes. Warm and welcoming neutral tones, textures and palettes enable you to personalise your home as you wish.
